My first ON THE NAIL SWATCHES of my new Summer 2012 Polishes

My nails are short, but I couldn't resist wearing my polish around and trying to some different nail art ideas. I will add the blue raspberry topcoat to this as well as some stamping, but here's just the polish.

There is still a little bit of everything left in stock at my store. So check it out and place your order quickly so you don't miss your chance at this re-stock.

Here's a link to the store website:

FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND $5 FLAT RATE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

Plus, 10% of your purchase will be donated to The Special Olympics in honor of "Supporters of The Nail Junkie"

This is two coats of each polish covered in a coat of Gelous.

I also wanted to talk a little about the new balm I'm sending with orders of two bottles or more of my polish. It's an ultra-healing, super-thick balm specially made for cuticles.
It contains the following ingredients: Lanolin, Avacado Oil, Vitamin E, Argon Oil and a very subtle tropical scent.

I chose the ingredients based on their healing and moisturizing properties and I don't want to pat myself on the back too much, but it really is great! I've been using it all month and my cuticles have been thanking me. You rub this balm into your nail beds. It's very thick and a little bit goes a long way. Just a dab covers all ten nails. It is a waterproof formula that stays on even through housework and compulsive "lotion-ing". I have even been applying it right before I take my polish off, and my cuticles stay moisturized even after the use of acetone. This stuff is like Neosporin for your nails and really does soothe and heal them. I also love putting it on at bedtime. In case you don't know here are some of properties of my ingredients:

Cutie Balm
  • Lanolin: is a natural moisturizer with powerful emollient and protective properties. Humans have valued its well-tolerated beneficial qualities for thousands of years. Nowadays this unique, created by nature substance is widely used in many products and various technical applications.
  • Avacado Oil: is an edible oil pressed from the fruit of the Persea americana (avocado). As a food oil, it is used as an ingredient in other dishes, and as a cooking oil. It is also used for lubrication and in cosmetics where it is valued for its regenerative and moisturizing properties.
  • Vitamin E: is an effective treatment for dry, cracked cuticles. Applying a few drops of vitamin E oil to nails and cuticles helps to rehydrate and smooth them as well as prevent future cracks.
  • Argon Oil: is a legendary, lightweight oil, grown organically in Morocco, is rich in vitamin E and essential fatty acids. Use it as a fast absorbing daily moisturizer, or to heal and condition everything from cuticles to split ends.

All orders of 2 bottles or more get to try this new balm I've created. I can't wait to hear what you think. I know my cuticles and I have been loving it.

I have terrible cuticles and every time I remove my polish, although I usually use very oiled polish remover, my cuticles really hate me :-(
Nw add that to the fact that I can't stand more then 2 days with the same polish... well... you know LOL
