Reader Requested So Easy Stripe Rite Review and Stash Additions: Revlon, Bootie Babe and WnW Fantasy Makers

I had a reader request that I post pictures of the So Easy Stripe Rite brushes. So here they are, as well as a few swatches.

Comparison of a pink and silver Stripe Rite design versus a gold and red Sinful Colors striper design.

Here's a few Blog Sale items I picked up from Carol over at Colores de Carol
I like unique polishes and bottles. I think if I were given the choice of owning every bottle of my favorite brand, or one bottle of each brand....I'd probably take the second option. How about you?

Bootie Babe Slinky Pinky- a light pink creme
Revlon Pineapple Fizz- a yellow jelly flaky glitter polish
WnW Fantasy Makers Black Magic- a black polish with fine orange glitter

I wanted the WnW to add to my little tombstone collection. Here's what I have so far. I actually have 2 of the Claw Polish tombstones as well.

There are 4 in this collection. I'm missing Purple Potion. There's also an alternate Black Magic that is a rainbow glitter. I'm not sure why they did that, but whatever...I guess that means I technically have 2 more of these to get. I know they have older "Fantasy Makers" polishes. But I only really want the tombstones. They're cute!!!

Oops Haul, My Makeup Stash and the Best Ponytail Holders Ever!!!

Don't know what an "Oops Haul!" is? It's when you go into a store with the intentions of buying nothing and come out with 5 new bottles of polish. Ooops!!! :)

I bought two Rite Stripers in black and white. I like this brand of striper a lot and I want to have them all at some point. I haven't found any other brands that I like of these. Other brands have crappy brushes that are too thick. Or at least all the ones I've ever found: except these. The brushes are awesome.

I bought a Ridge Filler from the same brand that makes Gelous. Gelous is such a good product that I figured I should try their ridge filler.

I purchased a couple of my picks from the China Glaze Hunger Games Collection: Riveting and Luxe and Lush.

Oh my...the flaky sparkly goodness.

Also, I got bored and took some make-up stash shots. My selection is pretty bland. I love make-up but I'm not adventurous with it at all. I have been doing a beige smoky palate with my eyes for way too long. I change products now and again, but I stick to my bland colors. That's why I subscribed to Birchbox and GlamBag. I wanted to step outside the box. In this case...a big red faux leather case. :)

I like the roll up eyeliner pencils. I haven't mastered liquid at all. Nor have I tried. And I don't know who still  sharpens the pencil kind, but I'm too lazy for that. Besides, I smudge the line anyway, so no need for it to be sharp.

Mary Kay has awesome concealer! I use it under my eyes and to hide blemishes. I've been using this product from Mary Kay for years now. The bottle lasts me forever.

Better make sure I got some back up concealer so I never run out.

Hair shit

PARTY EYE MAKE-UP!!! Yeah...look how much I wear that. :P

I'm a huge fan of mineral foundation. It's lightweight and easy to apply. It doesn't cake up and it blends in really well. I use Mary Kay's brand. I see that just about every brand has some variation of it now. I love the samples I've been getting of tinted moisturizer. They make a wonderful base for mineral make up. When I run out of these samples, I'm definitely going to buy a full size tinted moisturizer.
Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize.

and last but not least,
I wanted to give a shot out to Scunci for making the best damn black ponytail holders I've ever used. I may not be a hair accessory expert, but I'll tell you what I am the expert of: BLACK PONYTAIL HOLDERS!

I go through them like water. Lose them, break them, stretch them out. I have tried just about every kind out there. I prefer the ones that don't have a metal clasp(they break too easy and snag my hair). I also found I like the athletic kind that have rubber on them. They don't slide in my hair as much. But these....are AWESOME!

They are basically a giant soft rubber band. They remind me of jelly bracelets. It has NO SLIP! I sleep with them in and everything. At first I thought they would pull my hair out, but they don't. They slide out of your hair without damage or tugging. I bought these at Walmart last week. I'm not sure how new they are, but this was the first time I had seen these, or anything like them.

So what do you think?? Are there any make-up experts out there with any good advice on what an Olive Complected Italian girl can add to her simple make-up routine to spice it up a bit?? I'm always looking for suggestions.

Ooops! I did it again.

And no...it's not Brittany bitch. I have a polish problem. I love me some Sally's beauty supply! They had in store coupons for a FREE striper with the purchase of any Seche Vite nail polish. Since I was there to buy Seche anyway....SCORE!!! So I bought an extra bottle of Seche for my BFF since she just bought me a bottle of Sally Hansen Pumpkin Spice. I got the Hard Candy Matte finish at the Walmart next door.
