My "Violet" Polish + Lush Lacquer "Clowning Around" =

I have a colorful mani to show you today. It features my very own "Violet" polish layered with Lush Lacquer's "Clowning Around".

I saw swatches online of "Clowning Around" and I liked it a lot so I added it to my Pinterest POLISH WISHLIST. Well, little did I know I was entering their giveaway. And I WON yay! The only thing better than polish is FREE POLISH!

Here's two coats of "Clowning Around" on a clear swatch spoon:

For the base, I used two coats of "Violet".

Next I added two coats of "Clowning Around":

So what do you think of this colorful combo? I think it looks like paint splatter. I really love this pairing.

"Violet" as well as my other polishes are currently available at:

My Matte "Rose" Polish + Layering + Stamping =

Check out this "sweet tooth" inspired nail design I put together by layering some polishes and stamping a design on them. Please don't mind my temporary watermark. I am getting my pc repaired and using a different computer in our house for a while.

This mani starts with 2 coats of my "Rose" polish. This is with topcoat.

Next I added two layers of Red Dog Designs "My Stardust Melody". I just love this polish!

Finally I used my Bundlemonster stamping plates and Konad Special Black polish to create candy stamping on my nails.

My Matte "Rose" Polish as well as others most of my other polishes are FOR SALE NOW AT:

So what do you think of this "sweet" mani? It almost looks edible, doesn't it?

SWATCHFEST: Layering, holiday mani, Red Dog Designs!!!

I couldn't wait to try out the polishes that Gina sent me for Christmas. So I put together several layering combos to show you.

For my first combo I used OPI "Love is a Racket" as underwear

Then I added a single coat of "I Want A Hippopotamus for Christmas"

My next combo starts with my "Apple" jelly shimmer polish as a base:

Then I added two layers of "Mister Grinch" and some simple free-hand nail art on an accent nail:

For my third comb I started with my "Holly" polish as a base:

I then added two coats of "Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree"

For my final combo I used my "Cocoa" polish as a base:

I then added two coats of "Run, Run Rudolph"

For my last, but not least, combo, I started with my "Banana" jelly shimmer polish as a base:

My polish store is currently on vacation for the holidays, but will be returning after the first of the year. Stay tuned my blog, FB, and BRAND NEW Etsy store for details on my next re-stock.
