I got this in my email today. I called and took advantage of this sale, so I thought I would share it with all of you. My main complaint with the Julep Maven membership was price. So this definitely helped sway me into keeping the subscription for 3 more months. My December Julep Maven Picks

Okay, so I would love to try nail appliques, but I definitely DON'T WANT that topcoat. I mean, maybe it's great. But I'm not even on Top Coats right now. Can anyone tell me how I get the "Polish Lover's Option"? I looked all over their site, which is a horrible website I might add, and I couldn't figure out how to switch my box. I am still debating if I want to pay for this service or not. I think the polish and the nail appliques may have bated me back in. Dang it!!!!! I do believe they are still running their November promotion where you get your first Julep Box for $5 which includes the shipping. There's no obligation to keep the subscription. So that's a plus. Use the code "November5" at check out and you can sign up here->http://www.julep.com/AP.aspx?ID=520&EID=16649596

My $8.83 Mini Nail Haul

So my 1 year old baby monster decided to run off to gosh knows where with my favorite bottle of cuticle oil. It is officially missing. I turned the furniture over and everything because I really love the stuff. Eventually though, I had to move on with my life and just hope it turns up someday.

So this prompted a trip to Sally's to get some cuticle nurturing items. I am very pleased with each of these products and I love adding to my collection.
  • I bought a bottle of cuticle remover. I don't usually use this stuff, but it's winter time and I could use the extra help taming my dry peeling cuticles.
  • I was sold on the hand lotion because I love anything with Olive Oil in it and it's a very silky texture and smells so wonderful!!! What a good buy for that price.
  • I wanted to try the Beauty Secret brand Ridge Filler. I do like it. It made my nails very smooth for close up photos.
  • The cuticle oil, although a very tiny bottle, smells great and is the same texture as the oil I lost. It's orange blossom scented. Mmmm....and it was only $.69 on clearance. I don't go through cuticle oil very fast so this will last me a good while.
  • The nail brush is handy. It's the same kind they use in our area salons. I can't stand the little puny ones. I wanted a big one with a handle on it. This was also a $.69 item. Yay!

Sad thing though, I FORGOT A COUPON AT HOME!! Ugh...it was for 15% off. I don't spend large amounts so I would have been happy with the $1.20 in savings. I'm sure I'll use it on something else later.

Zoya Halloween FREE POLISH!

So my friend Misty sent me a coupon code for two free bottles of polish from Zoya. I just had to pay for shipping ($6.95). I've never used Zoya, but the website boasts that they have the longest wearing polish for natural nails. I chose two bottles: Loredana (a gunmetal matte finish polish) and Malia (a very basic soft lavender polish). I can't wait to try them out. I am still waiting for my Urban Decay polish. It's time I step out of the drugstore/Walmart polish sections and try some of the good stuff. I will do swatches when they arrive.

I love these plates!!!! My Nail Graffiti: *Nail Stamping Plates Ordering Info*

This post was on my Google Reader today and it has me itching to buy. I love these stamping plates. There are some really neat and unique designs on them that I haven't seen yet. It would stand to reason that I should wait to buy these till I get tired of my Bundle Monster plate. But who says I want to be reasonable??
