This blog post was on my FB wall. It's really interesting. Says that you can use images printed from a standard printer on standard paper to create a nail decal effect similar to that of the newsprint mani. I will definitely have to try this out.
I've tried this. It had to be a colour laser print. Inkjet doesn't work. I used Isopropyl alcohol to transfer the print. It worked but I hated the result, mainly because the shade of (almost) white base I used just didn't suit my hands. I should put the pics up on my blog one of these days :)
