Why can't the drugstores in my town stock like this? WTF!!!

So today I got out of class early and decided to stop at a few of the drugstores in the town where I attend college. And boy was I disappointed. Not in the stores I was visiting, but in the stores from my town. Come on guys?!? Why can't you stock like this? Every nail polish shelf of every store in Massillon, Ohio is half empty, dusty, swatched all over and none of the stores ever get anything even mildly limited edition. Now THIS is what I'm talking about: Drugstore Polish Heaven........
